Returns


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return:


- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Certain items cannot be returned, including:


- Gift cards

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Items marked as final sale

- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to arrange an exchange.


Return Shipping


If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
